Our KW Beauty Loyalty Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you visit one of our participating salons. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card User must only use the Card in accordance with the Scheme rules. Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person. If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your KW Beauty Loyalty Card, please contact KW Group Customer Services by telephone on 01773 880890 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 during Monday to Saturday, or by e-mail at katie@katieweeds.com.
Points are earned on the purchase of all hair and beauty services of £15 or over only.
Loyalty points are not awarded on the purchase of KW Gift Vouchers, drinks, retail products or purchases paid for with vouchers issued under this Scheme. Certain other products may also be excluded from the KW Loyalty Scheme or the reward points awarded reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any reward points earned on purchases which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the Card. For current reward points earning levels please call into your salon and ask for advice.
In order to earn reward points on purchases, the Card must be presented at Reception prior to payment. Reward points cannot be added after the transaction is completed. If you forget your KW Loyalty Card please note that it is not possible to get points added retrospectively at a later date.
If you wish to dispute the balance on your KW Loyalty Card you must be able to provide your till receipts. Receipts are issued after the addition of reward points to your account. It confirms the amount of points that have been added to your account and confirms that your KW Loyalty Card was present.
Your KW Loyalty Card does not have an expiry date. However, if you do not use your KW Beauty Loyalty Card for a period of one year or more, your KW Beauty Loyalty Card will cease to be valid and any stored monetary value will be forfeited and any accrued points cancelled.
Checking the balance on your KW Beauty Loyalty Card will not constitute use of the KW Beauty Loyalty Card for these purposes. Expired value cannot be transferred to a new card, redeemed or reinstated. You will not be able to use your KW Beauty Loyalty Card once it has ceased to be valid.
Cancellation and redemption: You have the right to cancel your KW Beauty Loyalty Card at any time by returning it to KW Customer Services at the following address:

On receipt of the KW Beauty Loyalty Card any monetary value will be forfeited, and any points value cancelled. Your card will no longer be able to be used.
You are responsible for any unauthorised payments using your Loyalty Card. Therefore, please keep your card safe and do not allow others to use it.
KW Group reserves the right to terminate any membership of the KW Beauty Loyalty Card Scheme. In certain instances where the member is suspected of abusing the KW Loyalty Scheme that member’s monetary balance will be forfeited and unused rewards will be cancelled.
KW Group reserve the right to correct or amend the remaining balance on your account if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred. If you wish to contest such a correction or amendment to your account balance, please contact our KW Customer Service Team on 01773 880890.
KW Group does not warrant or represent that your KW Beauty Loyalty Card will always be accepted at KW Group Salons. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of KW Group communications systems, KW Group may not be able to add points or redeem any stored monetary value as payment during such a system failure.
KW Group are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged loyalty cards. However, if you register your KW Beauty Loyalty Card with us, we will replace any lost, stolen or damaged cards with a new card. Your replacement card will be available from your local KW Salon and the balance remaining on it at the time you notified us of your lost/stolen or damaged card will be added. If you subsequently find or retrieve a KW Beauty Loyalty Card which you have reported lost or stolen, you must notify KW Group Customer Services immediately.
Neither KW Group, nor any member of its corporate group shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statue or otherwise are expressly excluded.
