Since starting the salons in 2014, KW Group a division of LECAW Investment Group Ltd have gone from strength to strength, adding 4 more salons to the group across Derbyshire. With an ever-growing team of talented and creative individuals, KW are providing the very best in service at reasonable prices.

Continual in-house training and development is part of our ethos, with L’Oreal, Olaplex and GHD visiting the salons regularly to update us on product improvements and new techniques and styles. All the team train together at one salon. From Directors to Apprentices, they’re all in it together learning and laughing as one. This way of working provides a safe learning environment for all our staff.

We believe, that great hair is the right of everyone! By providing the best talent at a reasonable price, KW Group aim to provide the best for everyone!

We are an open and diverse team who care about our clients, while providing excellent hair styling and beauty therapies. Our salons are a safe space for others and we expect that safety for our staff.

We select local towns that we love and aim to provide excellence to their communities whilst breathing new life into older buildings. We have a real penchant for old banks – they’re wonderful spaces at the heart of each town.
