It has to be JAMAICA! It’s the only place in the world it’s acceptable to walk around greeting people with “Hey Mon!” And everyone is just sooo chilled and friendly.
Ooooh that’s a difficult one! I would say my drive and determination. Even when times get tough, it makes me more determined so I often come out of things stronger.
Is there any chance this island could be somewhere near Jamaica? In any case, I would have to say my fiancé Mitchy, my very precious Bengal cats and a lifetime’s supply of chocolate, please. Let’s do this!
A cheeky Nando’s all day long! I should have shares in that business. If you’re buying, then a halloumi and flame grilled chicken pitta with loaded fries and coleslaw. Thaaanks.
The most enjoyable part of what I do will always be hair design and making someone feel fabulous about themselves. Second to that, I would say it’s just fab to employ such an amazing team, who I really get on with.
Definitely “Proud Mary” by Tina Turner. You will find all of us at the KW parties “rolling, rolling, rolling on the river” – we have the dance moves down perfectly!
I would say follow your dreams, because ultimately if you work hard and keep going, then everything will go as planned. Secondly, I would say trust your instincts about people and difficult situations.
Maybe some kind of cloning power so that I could be in 10 different places at once. It would definitely be easier to book in with me at every salon and the “other me” could be in Jamaica full time.
Possessions aren’t really my thing. If my friends and family are OK, then it’s all good.
Probably that I’m a bit messy, but hey, I’m a creative! It’s part of what makes me good at what I do and allows me the freedom to try new styles and colours on my clients. The apprentices who assist me in the salon, may disagree strongly with this sentiment.
Bus Driver. Don’t ask me why, but the thought of tootling around in a big vehicle all day at a leisurely speed, with not a care in the world, meeting lots of lovely people sounds wonderful. Of course, the reality might be different from my imagination, but if anyone from Trent Barton is reading this… have your people call my people!
