Jessica shares her initial thoughts on joining the team: “It was quite a shock to the system joining such a busy salon! The Bank is always buzzing, and the team are all so bubbly and chatty – my last skin studio was just very quiet in comparison. It’s wonderful how The Snug and The Retreat here offer such a peaceful oasis away from the busy High Street in Belper. They’re perfect for unwinding!”
